Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information 

We're excited to invite you to partner with us at NAQ '24. We are offering exhibitor, sponsor and advertising opportunities at Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, MO August 6-9, 2024. 

Exhibiting Details:

• Exhibitors will be invited to set up their booths on August 6th from 8:00AM - 5:00PM or on August 7th from 7:00AM - 8:00AM. Booths will be centrally located outside of the rooms where breakout sessions and daily breaks will be held. Exhibit hours will be from 8:00AM - 5:00PM on August 7th and 8th. 
  
  
• $600: One 6-foot table with linens, two chairs, and access to public Wi-Fi. Lunch for up to two exhibit personnel per booth will be provided on August 7th & 8th. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the conference raffle by donating a product, service, or gift card. Exhibitors are welcome to join attendees and speakers for an evening reception on Tuesday, August 6th from 5:30PM - 8:30PM.

Accommodations:

Conference participants are being offered a discounted room rate of $209 per night for a 2-Queen/1-King room and $259 for upgraded King rooms between Monday, August 6, 2024 and Thursday August 8, 2024.  The discounted room rate is available on reservations made by July 12, 2024. If you are entitled to tax exemption, please bring your tax documentation to the check-in desk.
