Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information 

We're excited to invite you to partner with us at NAQ '23. We are offering exhibitor, sponsor and advertising opportunities at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN from August 1-4, 2023.  

Venue & Exhibit Dates/Hours:

Exhibitors will be invited to set up their booths on August 1st from 6:00PM - 9:00PM or on August 2nd from 7:30AM - 8:30AM. Booths will be centrally located outside of the rooms where keynote presentations, breakout sessions and luncheons will be held. The registration desk and refreshments will also be located in this area.  Exhibit hours will be from 8:30AM - 5:00PM on August 2nd and 3rd. 

Exhibitor Pricing & Information:

• $500: One 6-foot table with linens, two chairs, and access to public Wi-Fi. Lunch for up to two exhibit personnel per booth will be provided on August 2nd & 3rd.

Exhibitors will have their logo, website, and a brief description of their product or service included on the conference mobile app.  
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the conference raffle by donating a product, service, or gift card.
Exhibitors are welcome to join attendees and speakers for an evening reception on Tuesday, August 1st from 5:00PM - 8:00PM.

Sponsorship Pricing & Information:  

• Advertising flyer: $100 -- Printed promotional material of your design will be placed in each conference bag. 
• Lanyard sponsor: $300 -- Your (one color) logo will appear on each lanyard attendees receive when they check in. Limited availability.
• Bag sponsor: $500 -- Your (one color) logo will appear on each bag attendees receive when they check in. Limited availability.
• Bronze Sponsorship: $1000 -- Sponsors will have their logo, website link and brief description of their services on the conference mobile app and the NAQ website. 
• Silver Sponsorship: $2500 -- Sponsors will have their logo, website link and brief description of their product or service on the conference mobile app and the NAQ website. In addition, these sponsors will be recognized during the general session each day of the conference.
• Gold Sponsorship: $5000 -- Sponsors will have their logo, website link and brief description of their product or service on the conference mobile app and the NAQ website. In addition, these sponsors will be recognized during the general session each day of the conference as well as at the Tuesday evening welcome reception. Finally, Gold Sponsors will have the option of providing a brochure that can be shared electronically with all attendees (sent by NAQ on the sponsor's behalf).

Accommodations:

Conference participants are being offered a discounted room rate of $229 per night for Single and Double Rooms and $249 for Triple and Quad Rooms between Monday, July 31, 2023 and Thursday August 3, 2023.  The discounted room rate is available on reservations made by July 9, 2023. If you are entitled to tax exemption, please bring your tax documentation to the check-in desk.

There will be a Hotel Service Fee (HSF) of $13.95 per night for wireless internet access, unlimited phone calls + more. The Business Center with A FedEx Office is in the lobby of the Peabody Memphis and is open 7 days a week with 24-hour access. It provides shipping, receiving, printing, office equipment and supplies.

Discounted parking rates at The Peabody will be available for NAQ '23 registered guests. The Peabody is a smoke-free hotel. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
